Pushpa 2: The Rule Movie Actors, Budget, Production

Pushpa 2: The Rule is the Indian Telugu-Language movie which is all set to hit the Box Office on 5th December 2024. South Indian popular actor Allu Arjun is the titular character of this movie. Pushpa 2 is a highly anticipated action thriller drama movie which is written and directed by Sukumar. Sukumar is an Indian story writer and Director, he owns a film production studio called Sukumar Write’s Studio. But dialogues of part were written Srikanth Vissa. Pushpa 2 is sequel of Pushpa: The Rise which was released in 2021.

About Movie

Pushpa 2: The Rule was announced prior to release of part in December 2021. 10% of the movie were shot before release of part 1, but Sukumar decided to make some changes in story. And name was not finalized at that moment only Pushpa 2 was decided. Later, in August 2022 full title was announced as “Pushpa 2: The Rule”. The runtime is around 200 minutes (3 hours and 20 minutes).

Cast

The lead roles are performed by Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj, which is title itself, Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli in female lead character alongside, Fahad Faasil as SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat IPS, Jagapathi Babu as Kogatam Veera Pratap, Sunil as Mangalam Srinu, Dhananjaya as Jaali Reddy, Rao Ramesh as MP Bhumireddy Siddappa Naidu, Anasuya Bharadwaj as Dakshayani (Mangalam Srinu’s wife) and Prakash Raj.

Production

Music in the movie were given by famous music compose Devi Sri Prasad who commonly referred as DSP. Dialogues were written by Srikanth Vissa and produced by Naveen Yerneni along with Yalamanchii Ravi and Shankar. The production companies involved in Pushpa 2 are Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. The cinematography and edit are done by Miroslaw Kuba Brozek and Naveen Nooli respectively.

Theatrical and Screening:

As the Pushpa 2 is officially in Telugu–Language it is available with dubbed versions in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Bengali, and Malayalam languages. And it will be available in different formats such as 3D, IMAX, 4DX, D-Box and ICE.

Budget

Pushpa 2: The Rule is among the high budget movie, with whooping amount of around Rs 400-500 crores including advertisement and promotions. According to some reports Allu Arjun alone charged approximately Rs 300 crore for Pushpa Raj character

Shooting Venu's

Scenes were shoot in several different location across the country such as Hyderabad in Ramoji Film City, action sequence were shot in Vishakhapatnam, and Bangalore. Forest scenes were shot in Maljangiri district of Odisha. Many international sceneries such as Japan and Malaysia were recreated in Ramoji Film City to avoid budget and waste of time in travelling and budget cutting. Shooting also occurred in Vizag, Yaganti Temple. It is reported that for some fight scenes makers spent 40-50 crores to make the real experience.
