Allu Arjun is an Indian Telugu Language actor who is also called as “Bunny”. He was born on 8 April 1982 in Chennai. Allu Arjun is among the highest paid actor in India at present. The artistic journey of Arjun began at very early stage of life when he was 3 yrs.

He explored different genres in Industry such as acting, dancing and aslo featured in rap songs. Arjun mostly referred as “Stylish Start” because of amazing hair and dressing style and Icon star. Personal Life

Allu Arjun is born on 8 April of 1982 in a Telugu Family to Allu Arvind and Nirmala in Chennai (previously Madaras). Arjun’s father is film producer, and his grandfather, Allu Ramalingaiah was a legendary comedy actor who appeared in around 1000 films.

He was born in Chennai, but his families roots emerge from village from Andhra Pradesh called “Palakollu” which is west to Godavari District. Arjun is nephew of famous South Indian Actor Pawan Kalyan. Ans his aunt Surekha Konidela is wife of actor Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan is his first cousin.

Education Journey

Arjun went to St. Patrick’s school in Chennai and bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration in Hyderabad. Allu Arjun was second in 3 siblings. Allu Arjun always wanted to do something for his native village Palakollu, in 2021 he celebrated Sankranti in his village and donated 2o lakhs for his village for renovation and devolapment of temples in village.

Marriage Life

Allu Arjun married to Sneha Reddy on 26 March 2011. By profession Sneha Reddy was actor and model. They both met with common friend and then Allu Arjun fell in love, it was love at first sight. Later, they started dating and eventually got married after some time. They have two children one son Ayaan and a daughter Arha.

Early Career:

Allu Arjun’s debut in movies was at age of 3 as a child artist in movie “Vijetha” (1985). Later, he received a role of dancer in “Daddy” in 2001, this movie was produced by his father Allu Arvind alongside C. Ashwini Dutt. Breakthrough:

Primarily from 1985-2001, Allu Arjun received side roles in movies. His first movie in where he played a lead role is “Gangotri” in 2003 which was produced by his father Allu Arvind and directed by Kovelamudi Raghavendra Rao. The breakthrough movie of Allu Arjun was “Arya” which was released in 2004. This movie was a romantic story directed by Sukumar. Arya movie given Arjun a larger appreciation and wide audience. For this movie he was nominated for Filmfare Award for best Actor and won Nandi Special Jury Award and CineMAA Award for Best Actor.

This earned Rs 40 crores with budget of only Rs 4 crores. Later this movie dubbed and released in Malayalam and Kerala which acclaimed major audience in other states. After this he played role of dancers in movies “Bunny” and “Happy” and got appreciated.

Experimentation

He then wanted to try other genre from dancing and romantics characters. From 2010 he began action characters. He got a role of journalist in movie “Desamuduru” which was directed by Puri Jagannadh. This movie got him nominated for 2^nd Film Fare Award for Best Actor and won Santhosham Film Award and CineMAA Award. His debute with Chiranjeevi film “Shankar Dada Zindabad” is also seen in a song. His next movie was “Bhaskar” directed “Parugu” movie which was not that hit among other his movies.

Then he started shooting of Sukumar’s sequel of Arya, “Arya 2” which is action-comedy movie. This movie story line revolves around the friendship and love, he had orphan role in movie and had possessiveness for his friend Ajay, who never wanted him. Later he played a role of cable operator in movie “Vedam” which is based on real life event which occurred in Taj Mahal Hotel Mumbai, 26/11 Mumbai Blasts. This movie got Arjun, Film Fare Award for Best Actor and greater appreciation for acting.

From 2011 to 2014

From 2011, his journey was amazing by giving back-to-back box office hits. In movie Badrinath (2011) he got a role of modern Samurai, who protect the temple from the Guru (Prakash Raj), and he took extensive martial training for this role, and it was with Tamannaah as female lead actor. After this he worked in various movies such as “Julayi” and “Iddarammayilatho” and owned many awards.

Major Success

From the years 2014 to 2016 he given a major hit at box office such as, Yevadu (2014), “S/O Satyamurthy”, “Sarrainodu” (2016), “Naa Peru Surya” and “Ala Vaikunthapurramlo”. Which brought a massive fanbase to Arjun. Along this journey he received many National Awards and State honored awards. These movies were among the top crossers at box office.

Pan India Releases

After all the movies released prior to 2020 were not recognized nationally, now Arjun is all set to go Pan India movies. In 2021, Allu Arjun again collaborated with Sukumar after a decade for the iconic movie called “Pushpa: The Rise”. This movie was the action thriller movie which released all over India and was a massive hit of the year.

This movie also stars “Rashmika Mandanna” and Fahad Fasil and the story is around the smuggling of red sandalwood. His character name was “Pushpa Raj” through which he made cult fanbase. This movie collected whooping Rs 350 crores and Film Fare Award for Best Actor. This movie has some famous dialogues, such as “Thaggede Le”. The sequel part of this movie Pushpa 2: The Rule is all set to release on “6 December 2024″.
